Income Certificate Application Procedure

Step 1: Register on e-Sathi Portal

If you are a new user, you must first register yourself. Click here to register.

Step 2: Prepare Your Documents

Keep scanned copies of the following documents ready:

  • Applicant's Photo (under 50KB)
  • Aadhar Card (under 100KB)
  • Self-Declaration Form (under 100KB) - Download Form
  • Ration Card / Family ID (under 100KB)
  • Salary Slip (if applicable, under 100KB)

Step 3: Login and Apply

Follow these instructions after logging in:

  1. Login to the portal with your credentials.
  2. Select "Application For Income Certificate" from the dashboard.
  3. Fill in all the required details accurately.
  4. Upload the prepared documents.
  5. Submit the form and note down the Application Number.
  6. Make the payment of ₹15 (service charge).
  7. Download the final Acknowledgement Slip.

Step 4: Check Application Status

You can track the status of your application using your application number. Click here to check status.
