Income Certificate Application Procedure
Step 1: Register on e-Sathi Portal
If you are a new user, you must first register yourself. Click here to register.
Step 2: Prepare Your Documents
Keep scanned copies of the following documents ready:
- Applicant's Photo (under 50KB)
- Aadhar Card (under 100KB)
- Self-Declaration Form (under 100KB) - Download Form
- Ration Card / Family ID (under 100KB)
- Salary Slip (if applicable, under 100KB)
Step 3: Login and Apply
Follow these instructions after logging in:
- Login to the portal with your credentials.
- Select "Application For Income Certificate" from the dashboard.
- Fill in all the required details accurately.
- Upload the prepared documents.
- Submit the form and note down the Application Number.
- Make the payment of ₹15 (service charge).
- Download the final Acknowledgement Slip.
Step 4: Check Application Status
You can track the status of your application using your application number. Click here to check status.
