About the Scheme
PMKVY is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) implemented by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The objective is to enable Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood.
Eligibility Criteria
- Indian national between 15-45 years of age.
- Possesses a valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.).
- Unemployed youth or school/college dropouts.
